development of a 13,11 O-square-foot retail/office building on 1.543 acres of property located at the north
east corner of Sandy Lake and Moore Road, known as 632 Sandy Lake Road, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on Tuesday, November 14,2006, subject to the following conditions:
1. Contact Larry Redick at (972) 323-8917 to discuss electric easement requirements.
2. Compliance with the Department Comment Sheet (attached).
For your information, this Site Plan is valid for a period of two years and will expire November 14, 2008.
