1. Signage appears out of scale.

1. Coordinate with Atmos for construction/landscaping
in Gas Easement.
1. Fire lane turning radii are too small or not indicated.
2. Fire hydrant spacing exceeds maximum allowed.
Will need additional hydrant(s).
3. Fire hydrant and FDC at northwest corner of building
are too far off of tire lane. Required to be 3-6 feet off
of fire lane.
4. FDC cannot tee into underground tire line.
1. Tree Removal Permit will be required prior to start
of construction.
2. Tree Survey should include protected trees only.

1. Provide Vicinity Map on Site Plan.
2. Tree island required between each 15 parking
spaces.
3. Indicate all building setbacks from property lines.
4. Zoning south of property is "R" Retail.
5. Dimension all driveway widths.
6. Dimension all brick paver widths, show east drive as
having pavers.
7. Indicate width of building.
8. Dimension sidewalks.
SHEET A-1
1. Indicate maximum square footage of signage to be
200 square feet on Sandy Lake frontage.
2. Indicate maximum square footage of signage on
Moore Road as 68 feet.
LANDSCAPE PLAN
1. Plan needs to be sealed by a Landscape Architect.
2. Question with using fescue as a plant material; not
listed on Plant Pallette. Use St. Augustine or
equivalent.
3. Dimension widths of landscape areas.
ELEVATIONS
1. Roof Line needs some redesign to add character to
this building.
2. Back side of any architectural element above roof
needs to be same material as face of structure.
