Indicate maximum square footage of signage to be 200 square feet on Sandy Lake frontage. 2. Indicate maximum square footage of signage on Moore Road as 68 feet. LANDSCAPE PLAN 1. Plan needs to be sealed by a Landscape Architect. 2. Question with using fescue as a plant material; not listed on Plant Pallette. Use St. Augustine or equivalent. 3. Dimension widths of landscape areas. ELEVATIONS 1. Roof Line needs some redesign to add character to this building. 2.
