RE: Duke Leslev Addition. Lot 3. Block C. Final Plat
Dear Mr. Pierce:
This letter is to inform you that the Duke Leslev Addition. Lot 3. Block C. Final Plat to establish a
building site, fire lanes and easements to allow the construction of a 182,700-square-foot office building
on 11.85 acres of property located at the southwest corner of the proposed extension of Dividend Drive
and S. Beltline Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
(7-0) on Thursday, February 152007, subject to the following conditions:
I) Change zoning classification from HC to PD-221-HC on Lots 1,2 and 3 of Block C
and on the remainder of Tract 1.
2) Remove Note #5 pertaining to provisions of sidewalks (sidewalks are required along
BeltIine and Dividend).
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at
City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has
instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning
Department three (3) folded copies of revised Final Plat, reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before
12 noon. Wednesday. March 14th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 Y2 x II-paper reduction, along with one
jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
