Show proposed fire hydrants and FDC locations on Site Plan. 1. Show the Fire Department Connection (FDC). Must be within 50ft of a fire hydrant and on the same side of the fire lane within 3 to 6ft of the curb. 2. Sprinkler riser room shall be accessible directly from the exterior of the building. Rectify the inconsistencies between the number of trees indicated as being preserved on the Existing Tree Plan, the Landscape Plan and the Landscape Tabulations. 4. Extend the proposed shrubs/hedgerow to in front of the Firestone Store, to provide a unified landscape design along SH 121. 6. Verify that this property is meeting the open space requirement. . The correct Required Area is 12,067 square feet. . Need to indicate (on separate exhibit, if needed for clarity) where the 20,513 square feet of open space is being provided as indicated in the Landscape Tabulations. The previous site plan indicated that there was 16,888 square feet of open space (non-vehicular) and there appeared to be significantly more land devoted to landscaping on that than the current plan. 1.
