This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-199R4-HC-S-1211 R2 Service Star, zoning change request
from PD-199-HC-S-1211 R (Planned Development-199-Highway Commercial-Special Use Permit-I2l1
Revised) to PD-199R4-HC-S-121I R2 (Planned Development 199-Highway Commercial-Special Use
Permit-I2l1 Revision 2), to revise the detail site plan for Tract 4 to allow the development of 9,310-
square-foot retail building and to allow revised signage for the previously approved auto repair garage on
2.24 acres of property located at the southwest comer of S.H. 121 and MacArthur Blvd., was approved by
the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October 10, 2006, subject to the following condition:
· Submission of corrected sign exhibits indicating black letters on the monument sign and white
channel letters for the attached sign with the logo not to exceed 20 percent of the area of the sign.
Please submit to the Planning Department two (2) copies of the corrected sign exhibits on or before 12 noon,
Wednesday, October 25,2006.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate docwnentation. When this has been
completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
