NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City ofCoppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st
day of September, 2006, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of
Case No. PD-199R4-HC-S-1211R2 Service Star, zoning change request from PD-199-HC-S-1211R (Planned
Development-199-Highway Commercial-Special Use Permit-l211 Revised) to PD-199R4-HC-S-1211R2
(Planned Development 1 99-Highway Commercial-Special Use Permit-l 21 1 Revision 2), to revise the detail site
plan for Tract 4 to allow the development of 9,31O-square-foot retail building and to allow revised signage for
the previously approved auto repair garage on 2.24 acres of property located at the southwest comer ofS.H. 121
and MacArthur Blvd., at the request of Bennett Ratliff. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other
parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or
other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City
ofCoppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
The City Council of the City ofCoppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 10th day of October, 2006,
at 7 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's
recommendation relative to Case No. PD-199R4-HC-S-1211R2 Service Star, zoning change request from PD-
199-HC-S-12llR (Planned Development-199-Highway Commercial-Special Use Permit-l2ll Revised) to PD-
199R4-HC-S-12l1R2 (Planned Development 1 99-Highway Commercial-Special Use Permit-l211 Revision 2),
to revise the detail site plan for Tract 4 to allow the development of 9,31 O-square- foot retail building and to

Thank you so much for sending this to me. I've looked at it - and agree
with you - this does seem to be much more preferable than a gas station with
a oil change/auto repair attached. This looks very nice. I'm pleased with
the look and number of trees. I don't know whether I'll be able to make the
planning meeting on Thursday to show support - but please know how much I
and all the residents of Coppell, for that matter, appreciate your diligence
and hardwork in making sure our great city continues to be great - by
closing monitoring/guiding it's development.
