Comments
1. Inspection will need sealed engineered drawings in
order to permit.
2. Is deck really a deck, since at the rear and in
relation to the property at the rear, it will be 10 feet
high?

private. Property owner should ensure it is adequate to
support proposed improvements.

(to the south) that landscaping will be allowed in
easement.
5. Provide overall coverage percentage of lot
(including pool, deck and residence footprints).
