PO CONDITIONS
1. It appears some of the suggested allowable uses
are not practicable--carnival, warehousing in this
district, museum, lab, fix it shops, etc. Please carefully
review the uses and eliminate those which are not
actually contemplated here.
2. Article 30 does not need to be included in the PO
statement.
