Dear Mr. Bennett:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-221-HC-The Duke Leslev Addition, zoning change request from
HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-221-HC (Planned Development-22 I-Highway Commercial) to allow for tilt-
wall construction and additional attached signage on the office buildings that are 50,000-square-feet or larger
and to allow for the development of mixed uses, including retail, office, and hotel on a total of 78.5 acres of
property located at the northwest corner of IH-635 and South Beltline Road, was unanimously approved by the
Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, February 13,2007, subject to the following condition:
1) On the PD Conditions, Section 8 Building Signage shall read as follows:
For buildings in excess of 50,000-square feet, signage shall
be limited to a maximum of 600-square-feet per building with
no more than two signs on anyone building facade.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed
and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
