Comments
1. How is pet waste in play yard/outdoor area handled
with regards to public health and sanitation issues?
Currently parking lot surface drains into storm water
collection system. Provisions need to be made to
dispose waste/effluent into sanitary sewer system, but
introduction of storm water not permitted into sanitary
sewer, so would not be allowed to design outdoor 88
drain.

2/21/2007 Site Plan & parking:
Include chart with all tenant names, square footage,
and required parking in chart on site plan.
10 spaces is a major reduction to the 32 spaces
required at a retail ratio of 1 parking space per 200
square foot. You are also reducing the total parking
count by 11 with the conversion to an outdoor play
area. According to the calculations submitted, there
are still 23 extra parking spaces in the overall
development (calculating each business at a standard
parking ratio, including vacant spaces, but not
including your business). Please include the reasoning
behind having only 10 spaces for this use.
Note on Site Plan under hours of operation that no
overnight boarding will take place outdoors.
Landscaping:
Transplanting should be done at a time when deemed
appropriate by a landscape architect.
Drive into former parking area should be converted to
landscaping.
Trees should be identified as being relocated and
additional shrubs noted along proposed wall.
Elevations:
Indicate materials of proposed wall on elevations.
Top of the proposed wall shall match existing cap
found on buildings.
Total signage shall be less than or equal to the width
of the lease space in square footage (96 SF total) and
shall be white to match the other signage in the
center. The raceway shall match the brick color.
