Dear Mt:--McQraw: This letter is to inform you that Amberpoint Business Park at Coppell. Lot 2R-1 and Lot 2R-2X. Replat, being a Replat of 64.29 acres of property into two lots, Lot2R-2X, containing 8.6 acres (drainage area), and Lot 2R-I, containing 55.69 acres (office/warehouse), located at the southwest comer of Sandy Lake Road and Freeport Parkway, at the request of Mark McGraw, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 21, 2006, subject to the following condition: I. Remove the "c.c. " from the bottom of both sheets. Dallas County has a label they affix to the plans for recording information. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 9, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect the condition as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies of the revised Replat, reflecting the above-mentioned conditions, on or before 12 noon. Wednesday. December 27.2006.
