Marci: As you know, our client, Cabot Properties has requested that we file an application for replatting the 64.29
acres at AmberPoint Business Park into two tracts so that the detention area will be separated form the balance
of the area for ad valorem tax purposes. They have retained Halff Associates to file this application for them.
There are not any plans to modify the existing PD and do not have any plans to develop the detention area. We
