Is the garage elevation actually less than 30% stucco
or are you requesting 30% of the entire elevation, not
per facade? Please clarify. ..
Revise the Site Plan Sheet as follows:
1. Revise the notation on the driveway to
indicate the concrete pavers instead of the "salt finish
w/dye", include detail as an inset.
Include a list of PO conditions:
1. Stucco shall be permitted up to 30% of each
fayade (entire building?)
2. Alternative paving materials shall be
permitted, except for the driveway approach within the
public right-of-way, shall be concrete.
