NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City ofCoppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th
day of February, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of
Case No. PD-I08R2.2-SF-9. The Reserve. Lot 11. Block B, zoning change request from PD-l08R2-SF-9
(Planned Development-l08 Revision 2-Single Family-9) to PD-I 08R2.2-SF -9 (Planned Development-l 08
Revision 2.2-Single Family-9) to allow up to 30% stucco and to permit alternate paving materials for the
driveway on property located at 725 Penfolds, at the request of Terry Holmes, The Holmes Builders. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

7 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's
recommendation relative to Case No. PD-I08R2.2-SF-9. The Reserve. Lot 11. Block B, zoning change request
from PD-108R2-SF-9 (Planned Development-I08 Revision 2-Single Family-9) to PD-l08R2.2-SF-9 (Planned
Development-108 Revision 2.2-Single Family-9) to allow up to 30% stucco and to permit alternate paving
