Duke Leslev Addition, zoning change request from PD-221-HC (Planned Development-221-Highway Commercial) to PD-22IR-HC (Planned Development-221 Revised-Highway Commercial), to approve a Detail Site Plan allowing the construction of a I 82,700-square-foot office building at the southwest comer of the proposed extension of Dividend Drive and S. Beltline Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 with no conditions. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you. As a reminder, the two zoning change signs can now be returned to the Planning Department for your deposit reimbursement of $300.
