Final Plat Dear Mr. Pierce: This letter is to inform you that the Duke Leslev Addition. Lot 2. Block A. Final Plat, to establish a building site, fire lanes and easements to allow the construction of a 755,394-square-foot office warehouse building on 36.2 acres of property located north and east of the proposed extension of Dividend Drive, was approved by the Coppell City Council (6-0) on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, with no conditions. This Final Plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by the City Council (October 10,2007), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the attached checklist for the requirements for filing.
