RE: Duke Lesley Addition. Lot 2. Block A. Final Plat
Dear Mr. Pierce:
This letter is to inform you that the Duke Lesley Addition. Lot 2. Block A. Final Plat, to establish a
building site, fire lanes and easements to allow the construction of a 755,394-square-foot office warehouse
building on 36.2 acres of property located north and east of the proposed extension of Dividend Drive, was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 15,
2007, subject to the following conditions:
1) Change zoning on Tract 1 (south of Dividend Drive) from HC to PD-22I-HC.
2) In parenthesis add (Detailed) to PD-222-LI on Lot 2 of Block A; and (Conceptual)
to PD-222-LI on Part of Tract 1 to the north.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 10, 2007, at 7 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City
Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed
staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3)
24x36" copies of the revised Final Plat, reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon.
Wednesday. March 28th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 Y2 x II-paper reduction of this revision, along
with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
