Re: Point West VII - Tree Survey
Ms. Diamond:
Please let this letter serve as proof of Duke's conversation with John Elias regarding Tree
Mitigation on our site. As part of the platting process of the Lesley Land, Duke submitted a Tree
Removal Permit to John Elias and it was determined that no protected trees were located on our
property. As part of the mass grading of the property, all existing trees have been removed;
therefore, no trees are currently present on this site. Duke will comply with all landscaping
requirements set forth by the City of Coppell for this project.
