Replat Dear Steve: Although your letter of March 8th requested the Planning and Zoning Commission to postpone the hearing of the Shadvdale Acres. Lots 4Rl and 4R2. Block C. Replat, being a replat of Lot 4R, Block C, into two lots to allow the development of two single-family homes on 1.108 acres of property located along the east side of Shadydale Lane, 190' north of Shady Oak Lane, to its meeting of April 19, 2007, affirmative action was required by law to take formal action on your plat (either approval or denial). Therefore, the Commission on Thursday, March 15, 2007, voted (5-0) to deny the Shadydale Acres, Lots 4Rl&4R2, Block C, Replat. This case will be readvertised, notices will be sent out, once again, to property owners within 200' of the original subdivision and the case will be scheduled for hearing by the Commission on Thursday, April 19, 2007.
