No comment regarding this replat.
1. Park Development Fees $1285.00
2. Tree Removal Permit will be required prior to start
of construction for each lot.

2. Survey discrepancies should be worked out at this
time.
3. Delete statement in dedication that states that "this

5. Change City Secretary's signature block to read
