Dear Nasim:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1237-C. Da Dusty Cellar. zoning change request from C
(Commercial) to S-1237-C (Special Use Permit-1237-Commercial) to allow a 3,000-square-foot
convenience/retail store to be located at 751 S. MacArthur Blvd., #505, was recommended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (7-0) on Thursday, February 15,2007, subject to the
following conditions:
1) On the Elevation, revise signage, deleting of the words "beer and wine".
2) Compliance with all City of Coppell Ordinances, as well as T ABC rules and
regulations, which are specific to this use.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at
City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has
instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning
Department one (1) 8 Y:z"xll" copy of the building elevation, to include Condition No.1, on or before 12
noon. Wednesday. March 14th, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
