NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th
day of February, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of
Case No. S-1238-C. Kee:s N Cellar. zoning change request from C (Commercial) to S-1238-C (Special Use
Permit-1238-Commercial) to allow a 2,850-square-foot convenience/retail store to be located at 777 S.
MacArthur Blvd., #413-417, at the request ofNasim, d.b.a. Trident Beverage, Inc. All interested citizens of the
City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by
letter addressed to the City ofCoppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
