Dear Mr. Calvert:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Heights Addition, Lot 9B and Lot 9C, Replat, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, October 19, 2006, subject to the
following conditions:
I. Extend a mutual access easement through Lot 9B and connect with the proposed fire lane.
2. Contact Larry Redick at 972-323-8917 to discuss electric easement requirements.
3. Comply with the attached Departmental Comment Sheet.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 14,2006, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City
Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff
to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the
Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded copies
of the revised Replat on or before 12 nooo. Wedoesdav. November 1.2006. Also, please submit one (1) 8 ~ x
II-paper reduction, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
