NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold
a Public Hea~ng on the 19th day of March, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, case #S-1009,
at the request of Dunning Development; from: "LI" Light Indust~,
to: "LI.S.U.P." Light Industrial with a Special Use Permit for the
operation of a grocery store; on property generally described as follows:
the southeast corner of MacA~thur Boulevard and Belt~ne Road. All
interested Citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest
are invited to attend th~ public hearing and participate in the same.
Any Citizen of the City or other party of interest may a~so express
his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by
letter addressed to the City of Coppell, Taryon Bowman, Planning and
Zoning Coordinator, P. O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas 75019.
