NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the city of Coppell will hold a City-initiated Called Public Hearing
on Thursday, the 21 st day of December, 2006, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers
for consideration of amending the Land Use Plan of the 1996 Comprehensive Master Plan from Light
Industrial/Showroom to Historic on approximately 17.2 acres located along the east side of Hammond Street,
north of Bums, being a portion of the property commonly referred to as the Carter Crowley Tract and a zoning
change for Case No. ZC-621 (CH), from LI (Light Industrial) to H (Historic) to expand and incorporate
approximately 17.2 acres of property located along the east side of Hammond Street, north of Burns, being a
portion of the property commonly referred to as the Carter Crowley Tract. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any
citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter
addressed to the City ofCoppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
