1. Lab will need new code-compliant Electrical,
Plumbing and Mechanical systems to be installed.
2. Per applicants request, lab not allowed to be used
as living or office space - occupancy for training only.
3. Will roof climbing area be where shown on
submission, or in front of lab as discussed?

1. Provide a 20 ft wide fire lane with approved
turnaround to within 150 ft of all portions of proposed
laboratory. This can be accomplished by 'separate
instrument'.
2. No obstructions permitted in the proposed 20 ft fire
lane easement (eliminate/remove metal chain).

a minimum length of 19 feet.
