No comments No Comments Received 1. Re-evaluate the location of the 8" waterline, there is a possible conflict with existing trees. 2. Re-evaluate future edge of pavement for Sandy Lake Rd. Preliminary plans for Sandy Lake Rd. widening show edge of pavement to be 10' off right-of-way line. 3. Visibility triangles may need to be adjusted according to future edge of pavement for Sandy Lake Rd. Entrance sign and landscape may also be affected. 4. Review Summer Place drainage area. It shows Bellacere Addition to drain onto it (Summer Place). Is the offiste drainage system adequate for the added capacity? Show drainage to offsite system. No comment regarding the preliminary plat. No comments. 1. Include "Lots 1-4, Block A" in title block of subdivision. 2. Submit a draft HOA document for legal review. 3. Ensure all blanks are filled in. 4. Include signature blocks for the Chairman, Planning and Zoning Commission and the Mayor along with a note stating - "Preliminary Plat for Review Purposes Only". 5. Remove items shown within legend that are not depicted on plan.
