Notice of PHNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 16th day of April, 1998, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-168. The Hollows at Northlake Woodlands, zoning change
request from SF-9 (Single Family-9) and TH-1 (Town House Residential-l) to PD-SF-7
(Planned Development Single Family-7), to allow the development of 91 residential lots on
approximately 24 acres of property located at the northeast comer of Beltline Road and
Mockingbird Lane, at the request of Tipton Engineering, Inc. All interested citizens of the City
of Copper and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this Planned Development request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
