Box 1127 Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Ordinance for Case No. PD-221 R2-HC, Duke Lesley Addition Dear Mr. Mills: On Tuesday, July 10, 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved a change in zoning from PD-221-HC (Planned Development-221-Highway Commercial) to PD-221 R2-HC (Planned Development-221 Revision 2- Highway Commercial) to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow for the construction of an 187,535-square-foot, six-story hotel, with 260 rooms and ancillary uses, located along the east side of Point West Boulevard, approximately 230 feet north of I.H. 635. Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-475, which was approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on August 14,2007.
