City Council unanimously approved a change in zoning from PD-221-HC (Planned Development- 221-Highway Commercial) to PD-221 R3-HC (Planned Development-221 Revision 3-Highway Commercial) to attach a Concept Plan for retail and restaurant uses located at the northwest corner of Belt Line Road and IH 635. Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-476, which was approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on August 14,2007.
