CC Action Letter PH 062207 THE.CITY.OF COPPELL July 11, 2007 Mr. Guillermo Perales 3318 Forest Lane, Ste. 200 Dallas, TX 75240 RE: PD-221 R3-HC, Duke Lesley Addition Dear Mr. Perales: This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-221 R3-HC, Duke Lesley Addition, zoning change request from PD-221-HC (Planned Development-221-Highway Commercial) to PD-221 R3-HC (Planned Development-221 Revision 3-Highway Commercial) to attach a Concept Plan for retail and restaurant uses on 1 7.4 acres of property located at the northwest corner of Belt Line Road and IH 635, was approved by the Coppell City Council (5-0) on Tuesday, July 10,2007, subject to the following conditions: 1) Work with the engineering staff to address concerns related to traffic circulation and ingress/egress (similar a TIA). 2) Western mutual access point adjacent to the hotel shall be provided. Please submit to the Planning Department by Wednesday, July 18, 2008, two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised plans incorporating the above-stated conditions. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11-paper reduction along with one jpg., tiff., pdf., or similar electronic file. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you.
