Site Plan and New Site Plan - information could be incorporated into one Sheet, which shows existing and proposed changes. 2. Rectify the minor discrepancies with the Finished Floor Elevations on the plans and the Replat. 3. Rectify minor discrepancy with the Total Building area square footage (206,719 and 205,211) 4. Standard parking spaces are currently required to be 9' x 19', the proposed 10' x 18' dimensions are acceptable due to it's a continuation of the existing parking layout and the addition l' in width. 5. Site Plan Modification Notes: Correct the spellings of "storm" and "Handicap" Landscape Plan 1. Verify the Tree Counts, whereas a total of 41 new trees are indicated on the plan and in the Plant List, however, only 38 trees are indicated as "provided" in the Landscape Tabulations. 2. Dimension landscape buffer strips 3. The parking lot island at the southwest corner of the property appears to be less than the required 150 square feet. 4. There is a shortage on the non-vehicular landscaping for the expansion area. Understanding that this is an expansion of an existing development pattern which was constructed prior to the current Landscape Ordinance, and the number of parking spaces provided, and the fire lane width and radii are the minimum required by code to allow for this expansion, is there opportunity to provide any additional landscaped areas and/or additional trees in the perimeter landscape areas to address this shortage?
