Lot sizes need to be compatible with project to north (33' minimum widths). 4. Density needs to be reduced by 4 units to be compatible, guest parking reduced too. 5. Show conceptual outline of commercial/retail structures within PD. 6. Make sure units comply with Old Coppell Design Guidelines (front porches, style, etc.). 7. Show roadway paver band on Landscape Plan. 8. All common areas need to be shown as "X" lots. 9. Need detail on screening, signage, fences, etc, (materials, height, color, etc.) 10,Identify elevations and provide lot widths, building heights, other info.on exhibit. 11 Minimum garage setbacks shall be 20 feet. 12.Place a tree at ends of parking bays. 13.Change Kate Lane street name to something more appropriate for Old Coppell.
