Dear Mr. Luedke:
This letter is to inform you that the Amberpoint Business Park at Coppell. Lot 2R-l R
and Lot 2R-3. Block A. Replot, being a replat of 55.69 acres of property into two
lots. Lot 2R-1 R, containing 36.66 acres and Lot 2R-3 containing 19.36 acres, allow
for separate ownership, on property located at the southeast corner of Sandy
Lake Road and Northpoint Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, August 30, 2007, with no
conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday,
September 11, 2007, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at
this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
