RE: Amberooint Business Park at Coooell, lot 2R-l R and lot 2R-3, Block A, Reolat
Dear Mr. Luedke:
This letter is to inform you that the Amberooint Business Park at Coooell, lot 2R-l R and lot
2R-3, Block A, Reolat, being a replat of 55.69 acres of property into two lots, Lot 2R-1 R,
containing 36.66 acres and Lot 2R-3 containing 19.36 acres, to allow for separate
ownership, on property located at the southeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and
Northpoint Drive, was approved by the Coppell City Council (6-0) on Tuesday,
September 11,2007, with no conditions.
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after
approval by the City Council (March 12, 2008), or it shall be deemed null and void and
resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this replat not be prepared for
filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering
comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured,
it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the enclosed checklist for the requirements for filing.
