PD-220R-SF-12, Notice/ Response THE.CITY.OF /Vofr~ &Ittdb~ (jJ04-0, ~ COPPELL I) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 1 th day of May, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-220R-SF-12. Alexander Court, to amend the land use designation on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from Neighborhood Retail to Residential Low Density on approximately four acres of property along Denton Tap Road and a zoning change request from C (Commercial) to PD-220R-SF-12 (Planned Development-220 Revised-Single Family-12), with a Detail Site Plan to allow the development of 29 single- family homes and two common areas on 18.5 acres of property located at the northwest comer of Bethel and Denton Tap Roads, at the request of John L. Hawkins, Mira Mar Development Corp. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
