Dear Mr. Hawkins:
On Tuesday, June 12, 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved a
amendment to the land use designation on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from
Neighborhood Retail to Residential Low Density on approximately four acres of property
along Denton Tap Road and a zoning change from C (Commercial) to PD-220R-SF-12
(Planned Development-220 Revised-Single Family-12), with a Detail Site Plan, to allow the
development of 29 single-family homes and two common areas on 18.5 acres of
property located at the northwest corner of Bethel and Denton Tap Roads.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-466, which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on July 10,2007.
