NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th
day of March, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. PD-224-HC. Northlake Colle2e, zoning change request from C (Commercial), HC (Highway Commercial)
and LI (Light Industrial) to PD-224-HC (Planned Development-224-Highway Commercial) for college and
ancillary uses on approximately 37 acres of property and to attach a Detail Site Plan for Phase I to allow the
construction of a 37 ,OOO-square- foot building on approximately 10 acres of property located at the southeast
comer of S.H. 121 and W. Sandy Lake Road, at the request of Wade Beasley, Jacobs Facilities, Inc., for Dallas
County Community College. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest
may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation
relative to Case No. PD-224-HC. Northlake Colle2e, zoning change request from C (Commercial), HC
(Highway Commercial) and LI (Light Industrial) to PD-224-HC (Planned Development-224-Highway
Commercial) for college and ancillary uses on approximately 37 acres of property and to attach a Detail Site
