RE: Ordinance for Case No. PD-224-HC. Northlake Colleae
Dear Ms. Spinelli:
On Tuesday, April 10. 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously
approved a change in zoning from C (Commercial). HC (Highway
Commercial) and LI (Light Industrial) to PD-224-HC (Planned
Development-224-Highway Commercial) to attach a Detail Site Plan
allowing the construction of a 37,000-square-foot building on
approximately 10 acres of property located at the southeast corner
of S.H. 121 and W. Sandy Lake Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-467. which
was approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on July 10, 2007.
