CC ORD Letter 071707 THE.CiTY.OF --- corrELL 1\ S July 17,2007 Mr. Alen Hinckley Yorkshire West Realty Advisors, LP, Inc. 12201 Merit Drive, Ste. 170 Dallas, TX 75251 RE: Ordinance for Case No. PD-223-C and S-1114-C, Kimbel Addition Dear Mr. Hinckley: On Tuesday, May 22, 2007, the Coppell City Council approved a change in zoning C (Commercial), S-1085-C and $-1114-C to PD-223- C and S-1114-C (Planned Development 223-Commercial and Special Use Permit 1114-Commercial) to allow the construction of two retail/medical buildings, a bank, the retention of an existing take-out restaurant ($-1114-C, Papa John's) and a portion of an existing retail structure, totaling 25,263-square-feet, and to allow a reduction in landscaped areas, required setbacks, alternative signage colors, sizes and locations and other deviations from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, on 2.9 acres of property located at the northeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard. Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-472, which was approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on July 10, 2007.
