Kimbel Addition Dear Alen: At your request, on Thursday evening, March 15,2007, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted (5-0) to postpone the hearing for Case No. PD-223-C and S-1114-C. Kimbel Addition, zoning change request from C (Commercial), S-1085-C (Special Use Permit-108S-Commercial) and S-11l4-C (Special Use Permit-1114-Commercial) to PD-223-C and S-1114-C (Planned Development 223-Commercial and Special Use Permit ll14-Commercial) to allow the construction of two retail/medical buildings, a bank, the retention of an existing take-out restaurant (S-1114-C, Papa John's) and a portion of an existing retail structure, totaling 25,245-square-feet, and to allow a reduction in landscaped areas, required setbacks, alternative signage colors, sizes and locations and other deviations from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance on 2.9 acres of property located at the northeast comer of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard to its April 19, 2007, meeting. In the event that any technical revisions to the Site Plan or Landscape Plan are being proposed, please submit five (5) sets of revised plans to the Planning Department by 12 noon, Wednesday, March 21st, to allow for staff DRC review. If no technical revisions are being proposed, please submit twelve (12) full sets of your proposal by 12 noon, Tuesday, April 10, 2007, so that they may be included in the Commission packets for consideration on April 19, 2007.
