Tetco. zoning change request from S-1017-LI (Special Use Permit-lOl7-Light Industrial) to S-1017R-LI (Special Use Permit-lOl7 Revised -Light Industrial), to allow for a 160-square-foot addition to the existing car wash building for storage on 0.92 of an acre of property located at the southeast comer of Belt Line Road and MacArthur Boulevard, at the request ofR. Victor Blood, Jr., ArchitectIPlanner. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
