NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 1 th
day of May, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case
No. S-1017R-LI. Tetco. zoning change request from S-1017-LI (Special Use Permit-lOl7-Light Industrial) to
S-1017R-LI (Special Use Permit-lOl7 Revised -Light Industrial), to allow for a 160-square-foot addition to the
existing car wash building for storage on 0.92 of an acre of property located at the southeast comer of Belt Line
Road and MacArthur Boulevard, at the request ofR. Victor Blood, Jr., ArchitectIPlanner. All interested citizens
of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this
request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 1 th day of June, 2007, at 7
p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation
relative to Case No. S-1017R-LI. Tetco. zoning change request from S-1017-LI (Special Use Permit-IOl7-
Light Industrial) to S-1017R-LI (Special Use Permit-1017 Revised -Light Industrial), to allow for a 160-square-
