This lett~;is t6 inform you that the Duke Lesley Addition, Lot 1, Block A. Final Plat,
to establish a building site, fire lanes and easements to allow the construction of
a 1,079,475-square-foot office/warehouse building on 48.83 acres of property
located west of Belt Line Road and east of Dividend Drive, was approved by the
Coppell City Council (5-0) on Tuesday, July 10, 2007, subject to the following
condition:
1) Contact Jeff Curry at (972) 888-1330 to discuss electric easement
requirements.
This Final Plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months
after approval by the City Council (January 10, 2008), or it shall be deemed null
and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not
be prepared for filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until
after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans. After
City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the
document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the
attached checklist for the requirements for filing.
