Dear Mr. Pritchard:
. This letter is to inform you that the Bethel Business Park lot 1, Block A. Minor Plat. to
establish a building site, various easements and fire lane to allow for the
development of two office warehouse buildings, containing 80,000-square-feet and
Building B containing 82,650 square feet on 11 .706 acres of property located along
the north side of Bethel Road, east of the proposed extension of Creekview Road,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
(6-0) on Thursday, June 21,2007, subject to the following conditions:
1) Contact Jeff Curry at (972) 888-1330 to discuss electric easement
requirements.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July
10, 2007, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting,
which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item
may result in the denial of this application. If plat changes as a result of discussions
with Jeff Curry, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) 24x36" copies of
the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon,
Wednesday, June 27th, 2007. Also, please submit one (1) 8 V2 x 11-paper reduction of
each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
