Dear Mr. Pritchard:
This letter is to inform you that the Bethel Business Park Lot 1. Block A. Minor Plat, to
establish a building site. various easements and fire lane to allow for the development of
two office warehouse buildings. containing 80,000-square-feet and Building B containing
82,650 square feet on 11 .706 acres of property located along the north side of Bethel
Road, east of the proposed extension of Creekview Road. was approved by the Coppell
City Council (5-0) on Tuesday, July 10. 2007, subject to the following condition:
1) Contact Jeff Curry at (972) 888-1330 to discuss electric
easement requirements.
This Minor Plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after
approval by the City Council (January 10.2008). or it shall be deemed null and void and
resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing,
including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering
comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured,
it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the attached checklist for the requirements for filing.
