Pierce SAM Inc. 1450 Empire Central Dr. Ste. 175 Dallas, TX 75247 RE: North Lake Colleae, North Campus Addition, Minor Plat and Replat Dear~ This letter is to inform you that the North Lake Colleae, North Campus Addition, Minor Plat and Replat. being a replat of Lot 2, Block 2 of the Freeport North Addition, containing approximately 1.9 acres and a minor plat of 33.9 acres, to establish a building site, fire lane and easements, to allow the development of a 37,000-square-foot college and ancillary uses on approximately 10 acres of this 35.8 acres of property at the southeast corner of S.H. 121 and W. Sandy Lake Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, July 19,2007, subject to the following condition: 1) Prior to filing this plat with Dallas County, final determination shall be made as to the amount of right-of-way needed for SH 121 improvements and shall be indicated on the plat. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, August 14th, 2007, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) 24x36 copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated condition on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, Auaust pt, 2007. Also, please submit one (1) 8 V2 x 11-paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
