Replot Dear ~g: This letter is to inform you that the Vista RidQe Retail. Lots lAR-7. Block A. Replot being a replat of Lot 1 A, Block D. Vista Ridge Addition, to establish fire lanes, access and utility easements to allow the development of retail and restaurant uses on 14.8 acres of property. located at the northeast corner of S.H. 121 and Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, August 14, 2007, subject to the following conditions: 1) Contact Jeff Curry at (972) 888-1330 to discuss electric service requirements 2) Provide property owner's association document for maintenance of water and storm sewer lines on private property. 3) Procure TXDOT approval for driveway access from State Highway 121. This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by the City Council (February 19,2008), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
