1. No comments on replat.
Contact Jeff Curry at 972-888-1330 to discuss electric
service requirements.
1. Show the existing decelaration lane and provide
R.O.W. on Denton Tap for deceleration lanes.
2. We need TxDOT approval for driveway access from
S.H.121.
3. Easements are needed for sanitary sewer lines.
4. A property owner's association document is needed
for maintenance of utilities on private property.
1. Once the private water system is established, all the
20'x20's can go away.
