Dear Steve:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. pD-168. The Hollows at Northlake Woodlands.
zoning change request from SF-9 and TH-1 (Single Family-9 and Town House Residential-l)
to PD-SF-7 (Planned Development, Single Family-7), to allow the development of 91
residential lots on approximately 24 acres of property located at the northeast comer of
Beltline Road and Mockingbird Lane, was heard by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, May
12, 1998. After discussion, Council voted to change the present TH-1 (Town House) zoning to
SF-9 (Single Family-9).
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this
has been completed and the Ordinance has been approved by Council, a copy will be sent to you.
As a reminder, the Zoning Change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for
your deposit reimbursement of $100.
