This letter is to inform you that Braewood North (The Gables) Lot 1. Block A. Minor Plat. to
establish a building site, fire lanes and easements to allow the development of a two-
story office/retail building containing 11,000-square-feet on 41.084-square-feet of
property located on the south side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 154 feet west of
Heather Glen Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and
Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, June 21,2007, subject to the following conditions:
1) Please contact Larry Redick at (972) 323-8917 for electric utility needs.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 10,
2007, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will
be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. If plat changes as a result of discussions with Larry Redick,
please submit to the Planning Department three (3) 24x36" copies of the revised plans,
reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, June 27th,
2007. Also, please submit one (1) 8 V2 x 11-paper reduction of each revision, along with
one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
